TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUYING PRODUCTS AND USING THE VRTO APP

Welcome to VRTO – your coaching platform for strength, transformation, and self-leadership.

In these terms, we refer to VRTO as "our", "we" or "us". And you're you – the customer, member or visitor engaging with our products and services. "Products" refers to any coaching programs, subscriptions, challenges, or digital content offered through the VRTO App or Website.

These terms govern your use of our websites (e.g. VRTOapp.com), VRTO mobile application (the "App"), and any associated services and purchases ("Products").

By accessing or using our Website or App, you agree to have your personal data, including training history and preferences used exclusively to personalize your VRTO experience. Full details regarding data handling and privacy are available in our Privacy Policy.

PART A: WHEN YOU BUY OR SUBSCRIBE

1. SUBMITTING AN ORDER

When you submit an order for a VRTO product or subscription:

Note: If we become aware that a user does not meet this requirement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice.

2. ACCOUNTS

You may be required to register an account to access Products. You agree to:

3. PRODUCTS & APP ACCESS

Your purchase grants access to VRTO's app-based coaching experience for the selected program duration or so long as your subscription stays active.

By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to the minimum term associated with that plan. After the initial commitment period ends, your subscription will continue on at the same billing frequency, unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

For Paid-in-Full products, your access to VRTO's coaching experience is granted for the full duration of the selected access period upon upfront payment. These plans auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled with at least three (3) days' notice prior to renewal. Once access begins, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the access period.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription status, including any cancellations or changes. We do not provide individual reminders regarding the end of your initial commitment period.

Access to the VRTO App may be suspended in the event of unresolved payment issues, as outlined in Section 4.

Payment Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining timely payment for all products.

Failed payments may result in suspension of access until arrears are resolved, as outlined in Section 6.

Failed Payments and Access Suspension

If a subscription payment fails, we'll retry your card and contact you to help you resolve it. If unresolved, your access will be paused until payment arrears are resolved.

IMPORTANT: While access is suspended your subscription will remain active and charges will continue to accrue.

If your account remains unpaid and unresponsive for an extended period, we may refer your balance to a collections partner. (This is rare, and we'll always give you notice and a chance to resolve things first.)

If you're experiencing financial hardship, please contact us. We may offer temporary relief, payment plans, or partial forgiveness at our discretion.

5. PROMOTIONS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

We may offer:

6. CANCELLATIONS, PAUSES & RETURNS

Cooling‑Off Period

All plans include a five (5) day cooling‑off period. During this time, you may cancel for a full refund. After the cooling‑off period, plans are non‑refundable and non‑cancellable, except in cases of documented hardship, duplicate or wrongful billing, or system‑related errors.

Commitment

Kickstart (3‑month) and Transformation (12‑month) plans are subject to a fixed minimum term commitment, regardless of billing frequency.

Weekly‑Billed Plans

If billed weekly, you agree that weekly payments must continue for the full 3‑month or 12‑month term. Cancellation is only available once the minimum term has been completed, with at least three (3) days' notice prior to your next billing date.

After the initial commitment period ends, weekly‑billed plans automatically roll over into an ongoing weekly subscription with no further fixed term. These may be cancelled at any time with at least three (3) days' notice.

Upfront Plans

If you pay upfront for a 3‑month or 12‑month term, your plan will automatically renew at the end of the term by charging the full upfront amount for a new 3‑month or 12‑month commitment period.

Each renewal creates a new fixed‑term commitment that is non‑refundable and non‑cancellable outside of the cooling‑off period or the exceptions listed above (hardship, duplicate/wrongful billing, or system‑related errors).

To avoid renewal, you must cancel with at least three (3) days' notice prior to your renewal date.

Challenges

Challenge products are non‑refundable once access begins, except in cases of documented hardship, duplicate or wrongful billing, or system‑related errors. Because Challenges are paid in full and fixed‑term, they cannot be paused, cancelled, or rolled over.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted via your account settings or by contacting support. The effective cancellation date is determined by the time of receipt.

Returns/Refunds

No refunds for change of mind. Refunds may apply if:

Hardship‑based refunds may be considered with supporting documentation at our discretion.

Pausing Subscriptions

Conditions

Exceptional Circumstances

Additional pause time may be granted in exceptional cases—such as pregnancy, serious injury, or illness—upon request and at VRTO's sole discretion.

Administrative Fees

VRTO reserves the right to charge a nominal administrative fee for extended or repeated pauses beyond the standard allowance.
